Remote Support - Helping Customers all over the world
We at Zisco Solutions Limited help our customer all over the world remotely fix their issues.
If you would like to get remote support then follow the setups below:-
1. Email itsupport@zisco.co.uk - Your name, contact details and the issue you are having:
For example
Name: John Smith
Contact Number: 0121 661 9344
Email address:
Issue: When my windows starts up I get a blue screen with the error code Stop Code 0x000000
One of our engineers will contact you on the number provided, if you prefer to be contacted by email then let us know in your email above and we will contact you.
Please note: If you do not have monthly contract with us then our engineers will contact you a hourly rate including the estimated time of repair.
Once a price or a contract is established then we will request for us to remote onto your PC, Laptop, tablet or Mobile phone.

We use the following remote support software and can be downloaded from the links provided below:-
Teamviewer - TeamViewer – The Remote Connectivity Software - Click on the link to download Free.
AnyDesk - The Fast Remote Desktop Application – AnyDesk - Click on the link to download Free.
For Teamviewer please let the engineer know the Your ID and Password and he will then be able to remote onto your device.
For Anydesk, please let the engineer know Your address and he will be able to remote onto your device.
