Who we are?

We are a technology provider located in sunny side of Birmingham. We have a small office and also small storage unit, the reason for this is that so we can save money and use that money to provide better service to our customers. The company was Setup by our Director in 2016, who did a degree in Law, and went onto work in convenyacing department and then decided wanted to learn more about computers. He then worked for two leading IT and Copying companies in the UK before setting up on his own.

We try to keep all our business in house and even if we cannot due to not having the full resources we keep a close eye on out third party.
We are friendly and approachable and more importantly we are flexible to meet your needs. We don't believe in the 9-5 culture on assisting out companies. We are customer focused company and will do our best to get out customers a fair price for their Technological needs, whether that is Business Broadband or a Laptop repair.

What we offer?

We provide the following:-

IT Support for PCs. Laptops and Tablet to companies within the UK and do not outsource our IT support. At present we are offering a monthly charge for remote support at £7.86 per month per device. Our latest sign-up for remote support is a Solicitors Firm in London, and the customer is happy with the service, and includes 5 devices including a printer for remote support.

Mobile phone device support, we can do this remotely for you on both android and Apple devices, this includes screen replacement and PCB Board issues. We have our own workshop setup and do not outsource the phones to any company due to Data Protection. We have recently repaired iPhones for customers locally and now in the process of having mail in repairs from all over the UK.

We can provide you with Photocopiers, printers and other printing equipment you require, whether that is a leased copier or purchase we can fit your budget you may have. We have recently installed Lexmark XC4140 copiers in a Solicitors firm and a Housing Group as well as a Learning Centre located in Walsall.

Webhosting and Domain Name purchases, we can also design and develop websites. If you would like to see our portfolio then do not hesitate to let us know. We use a UK company to purchase domain names for our customers, our recent purchase for a customer was a domain name for a Jewelers based in Birmingham, which lead us to design website for the customer including webhosting.

Business Broadband, depending on what broadband services you have under your postcode. Even if you do not have superfast broadband under your postcode we can supply you with a 5G Router with unlimited data. We have supplied the Learning Centre with Superfast broadband for their centre including a 2nd line so if one fails then the other one can assist in carrying on their work.

Business Sim Only Contracts with O2 and Vodafone. We can tailor the package to meet your needs. We can also provide you with new mobile phones with contracts. Through our UK Partner we can provide Mobile phones and Sim Cards.

VOIP Services for £19.95 per user, we can provide you with a desktop phone or a cordless phone.
We provide IT Equipment, routers, switches, pcs and Laptops and many more.

Computers pre-built or custom-built PCs and provide Keyboard and Mouses for your business. Please see www.zisco.co.uk.

Recycle your old equipment with us. We can take your old equipment and recycle them for the Marketplaces in the UK and use the parts to fix other computers and printers as we believe in the circle economy and do not want equipment piled up in landfills which is harmful to the environment.

Social Media - We can help you with your SEO of your website and including your Instagram, Facebook and any other social media websites.
